What you hold, what it is worth, and every movement that got it there.
Some stock is below zero. That is a real state, not a fault in this page: it means
stock left that was never booked in — a shipment recorded against a receipt that was not. The
number stands as the honest reading until you count the shelf and record an Adjust
movement, which sets the balance to what you actually observed.

Both are read-only here. The stock level has exactly one writer — the movement log — so it
changes by recording a movement, never by editing this form. Use Movements on
the row to receive, ship or count.
One SKU per item, case-insensitive. Leave it blank if you do not use them.
Archiving retires an item without deleting its movement history.
The level at or below which this page flags the item. Blank means no threshold, so it is never flagged.
Optional link to a product on your profile page. Most items have none. If that catalogue entry is later deleted this clears itself and the stock record stays.

Leave blank for now.
How many came in. Must be more than zero.
The total you observed on the shelf, not the difference. The delta is worked out for you.
